Algiers – The Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Mr. Lotfi Boujemaa, received the President of the Court of Cassation and Head of the Supreme Judicial Council of Kuwait, Counselor Adel Majed Bourseli, and his accompanying delegation, at the Ministry headquarters today, Wednesday.
The meeting, held on December 10, 2025, focused on exploring avenues for enhanced judicial cooperation between Algeria and Kuwait. Discussions centered on strategies for exchanging expertise and best practices in the legal field, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Justice.
“This visit underscores the commitment of both nations to strengthening ties within the judicial sector,” stated a ministry official. “We are eager to learn from Kuwait’s experiences and share our own advancements in legal administration and jurisprudence.”
The discussions also touched upon potential collaborations in areas such as judicial training, digital transformation within the courts, and the harmonization of legal frameworks. Both sides expressed optimism about the prospects for future joint initiatives aimed at bolstering the rule of law and ensuring judicial efficiency.
