Oran – The Algerian Minister of Water Resources, Taha Derbal, underscored the critical need for proactive planning and a forward-looking vision to address potential water supply emergencies. His remarks were made during a visit to Oran on Thursday.
Minister Derbal emphasized that anticipating and preparing for unforeseen circumstances in water provision is paramount to ensuring the nation’s water security.
