Bechar, Algeria – The massive railway project connecting Bechar, Tindouf, and Gara Djebilet is expected to be fully completed within approximately ten days, according to Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djelloul, who made the announcement today in Bechar.
