Weather Alert: Rain, Snow, and Cold Temperatures Forecast for Sunday

DZWatch News has received reports from meteorological services forecasting inclement weather across several regions of Algeria tomorrow, Sunday. Citizens should prepare for potentially hazardous conditions.

Northern regions are expected to experience partly cloudy skies in the central and eastern areas. The western regions will likely see rainfall, with snowfall anticipated on the peaks of the high western plateaus. Coastal temperatures will range from 20 to 23 degrees Celsius, while inland areas can expect temperatures between 10 and 22 degrees Celsius. Wind speeds may reach up to 30 kilometers per hour.

The southern regions will see a mix of sunny and cloudy conditions. Thunderstorms are possible in the southwest and central Sahara, with snowfall predicted on the summit of Mount Aanter.

Specific provinces expected to receive rainfall include Naama, Bechar, Beni Abbes, and Bordj Badji Mokhtar. Temperatures in these areas will range from 13 to 30 degrees Celsius, with wind gusts potentially reaching 40 kilometers per hour.
