Algerian Parliament to Debate New Traffic Law

Algiers, Algeria – The People’s National Assembly (APN) is set to resume its sessions on Monday, December 15, 2025, with a plenary session dedicated to the presentation and discussion of a proposed law concerning traffic regulations. The session will commence at 9:30 AM.

The proposed legislation aims to enhance road safety, reduce traffic accidents, and align the legal framework with current developments in traffic management. It is anticipated that the bill will introduce a series of provisions and amendments designed to achieve these objectives.
