AADL 3 Housing Program Expansion Underway

Bordj Bou Arreridj, Algeria – The AADL 3 housing program is gaining momentum across Algeria, with significant progress being made in various regions. As part of the government’s commitment to addressing the growing demand for affordable housing, a new project has been launched in Bordj Bou Arreridj.

The Director General of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL), alongside the Governor of Bordj Bou Arreridj, laid the foundation stone for a new project comprising 2,200 AADL 3 units in the province. This initiative marks the tenth phase of the AADL 3 program’s implementation and reflects the authorities’ dedication to realizing the program’s objectives.

During the ceremony, the Director General of AADL reiterated the agency’s commitment to addressing the concerns of registered applicants in the AADL 3 program. He emphasized that all suggestions are being carefully considered, and no effort will be spared to ensure that beneficiaries receive housing under the best possible conditions.

Since President Abdelmadjid Tebboune launched the first AADL 3 project in Constantine, a total of 23,415 housing units have been allocated across several provinces. Key projects include 8,050 units in the new city of Sissaoui (Constantine), 1,600 units in El Bakhri (Ouargla), 2,000 units in Ouled Khaled (Saida), 1,400 units in Medea, 1,000 units in Boulhaf Dir (Tebessa), 2,400 units in Mascara, 1,150 units in Laghouat, 2,115 units in M’Sila, 1,500 units in Relizane, and the aforementioned 2,200 units in Bordj Bou Arreridj.

Further AADL 3 projects are expected to be launched in the near future, as part of the state’s policy to strengthen housing supply and promote social equity in access to housing across all regions of the country. The expansion of the AADL 3 program is a key priority for the Algerian government, and these recent developments demonstrate a firm commitment to providing affordable housing solutions for its citizens.
