Batna: Six AADL Apartments Evicted Following Court Orders

Batna, Algeria – December 15, 2025 – Six apartments in the AADL (Agence d’Amélioration et de Développement du Logement) housing project located in Tazoult, Batna, have been vacated following court orders. The rulings, issued by the Batna court, pertain to the termination of lease-purchase agreements for these properties.

According to a statement released by the local AADL real estate management branch, the Batna court mandated the eviction of the defendants from their respective residences. Furthermore, the court rulings stipulate that the former residents are obligated to settle outstanding rental arrears.

The cases leading to these evictions likely involved violations of the AADL lease-purchase agreements. Common reasons for such terminations can include failure to pay rent, unauthorized modifications to the property, or subletting the apartment without prior authorization from AADL.

This action serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in AADL housing contracts. The AADL program aims to provide affordable housing solutions to Algerian citizens, and maintaining the integrity of these agreements is crucial for the program’s continued success and fairness to all beneficiaries.

The AADL branch responsible for managing these properties will now proceed with reallocating the vacated apartments to eligible applicants on the waiting list, ensuring that these housing units are utilized according to the program’s objectives.
