Algiers, December 15, 2025 – In a move aimed at easing the financial burden on prospective homeowners, the Ministry of Housing, through the AADL agency, has announced that subscribers to the AADL 3 housing program will be permitted to pay the first installment in two phases. This decision follows directives from the President of the Republic.
According to a statement released by the Ministry, the initial installment payment can now be split into two separate payments over a period of three months. This measure applies specifically to apartments with three and four rooms, catering to a significant portion of AADL 3 subscribers.
The Ministry emphasized that the primary objective of this staggered payment plan is to provide greater convenience and flexibility for registered applicants. By allowing them to spread the first installment over a longer timeframe, the Ministry aims to alleviate financial pressure and enable subscribers to complete the payment process more easily.
“This decision reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring access to affordable housing for all citizens,” a spokesperson for the Ministry stated. “By implementing this flexible payment option, we are providing AADL 3 subscribers with the necessary time and resources to fulfill their financial obligations without undue hardship.”
The announcement has been met with positive feedback from AADL 3 subscribers, many of whom have expressed gratitude for the government’s responsiveness to their concerns. This initiative is expected to accelerate the completion of the AADL 3 housing projects and facilitate the delivery of homes to eligible citizens across the country.
