Down Payment Amounts Set for AADL 3 Housing Program

Algiers, Algeria – The Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City has announced the initial down payment amounts for the highly anticipated AADL 3 (Agence d’Amélioration et de Développement du Logement) housing program. Minister Mohamed Tarek Belaribi confirmed the figures during a working visit to Boumerdès province this Monday.

According to the Minister, the first installment for three-room apartments within the AADL 3 program is set at DZD 343,000. For larger, four-room units, the initial payment will be DZD 431,500. Beneficiaries will be able to pay this amount in two separate installments.

Minister Belaribi emphasized that this decision to allow staged payments for the first tranche was made under the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The Ministry, through the AADL agency, aims to facilitate the payment process for registered applicants, providing them with ample time to complete the transaction smoothly.

During his visit to Boumerdès, the Minister also revealed that 20,000 AADL 3 housing units have been allocated to the Sidi Hlou urban pole within the province. Nationally, approximately 50,000 AADL 3 units have been earmarked to date, with that number expected to rise to 61,000 by the end of the year.

The AADL 3 program is a key component of the government’s efforts to address the country’s housing needs and provide affordable housing options for Algerian citizens.
