Geneva, Switzerland – Mr. Lounès Magramane, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is leading the Algerian delegation at the meeting reviewing progress in implementing pledges made at the Global Refugee Forum. The meeting is taking place in Geneva from December 15th to 17th.
The Algerian delegation’s participation underscores Algeria’s commitment to international efforts aimed at addressing the global refugee situation. The Global Refugee Forum, a key event organized by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), serves as a platform for states and other stakeholders to announce concrete pledges and contributions to support refugees and host communities.
