Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Abdelhak Saïhi, chaired an evaluation meeting Tuesday at the ministry headquarters dedicated to monitoring the activities of the National Pension Fund (CNR) and assessing the level of services provided to retirees.

Following the presentation, the Minister issued strict directives to the Fund’s executives, including redoubling efforts and improving performance, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and quality of services, and ensuring that retirees receive their full rights within the legal deadlines, considering it a constitutionally guaranteed right.

The Minister stressed that improving the quality of services is a collective responsibility aimed at strengthening social stability and ensuring effective social coverage for all citizens, explaining that digitalization is the strategic option to achieve these goals.

The program of practical instructions issued by the Minister included key areas, including: improving the efficiency and quality of services by relying on digitalization, ensuring that retirees receive their rights without delay, addressing citizens’ concerns rigorously and effectively, taking into account vulnerable groups and ensuring good reception and quality of treatment, investing in human resources through quality training programs to improve performance, motivating employees through the adoption of continuous training as a criterion for promotion, and rationalizing expenditures and improving management methods while simplifying administrative procedures and accelerating digital transformation.

The Minister also stressed the need to expedite the digitalization of all services of the National Pension Fund and adopt a modern, flexible administrative model, including the development of integrated digital platforms to provide services, including the remote submission of pension applications by the beginning of 2026, in line with the President’s directives to establish a fully integrated digital government.

In conclusion, the Minister reiterated the need to effectively address citizens’ concerns and respond quickly to their requests, noting that digitalization is the best way to provide modern and transparent services that ensure the comfort of the retiree and preserve their rights within the framework of social justice.
