Algeria Post Clarifies Daily Withdrawal Limits for CNEP Cardholders

Algiers – Algeria Post has released details regarding withdrawal limits for CNEP-Poste cardholders, aiming to enhance financial services and streamline daily transactions for its customers.

According to a statement released today, CNEP-Poste cardholders can now withdraw up to 200,000 Algerian Dinars daily using PIN PAD devices. This higher limit is applicable at the post office branch where the customer initially opened their CNEP account, and is subject to existing regulations.

Furthermore, Algeria Post clarified that cardholders retain the ability to withdraw up to 20,000 Algerian Dinars from any post office branch across the country. This provides customers with increased flexibility in managing their funds, removing the restriction of needing to visit their primary branch for all withdrawals.

These measures are part of Algeria Post’s ongoing efforts to strengthen local banking services, reduce pressure on teller windows, and promote the use of electronic payment and withdrawal methods. This is in line with the broader digital transformation occurring within the financial sector.

Algeria Post reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving service quality and providing modern, secure solutions that meet the needs of citizens throughout the nation. The increased withdrawal limits and enhanced accessibility are expected to be a welcome development for CNEP-Poste cardholders.
