The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) has released a video explaining the online payment procedure for the AADL 3 housing program. The agency aims to streamline the payment process for subscribers through its dedicated online platform.
According to the AADL, the process begins by accessing the official website, www.aadl.dz, and navigating to the “AADL 3 Office” section. Subscribers are required to enter their unique username and password to log in.
Once logged in, users should click on the “Subscription” tab. This will display the payment order for the first installment, which requires settling 50 percent of the initial tranche. Subscribers must then enter the code displayed on the screen and click “Confirm.”
The next step involves entering the payment card details, whether it’s a bank card or the ‘Golden Card’ (Carte Dahabia). After entering the card information, users should click on the “Pay” option. This triggers the sending of a secret code via SMS to the registered mobile number, which needs to be entered for verification.
Upon successful completion of these steps, the 50 percent payment of the first installment is finalized. Subscribers will receive a payment receipt containing all the transaction details, confirming the successful completion of the process.
