Algeria at African-Russian Partnership Forum in Cairo

The Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, participated in the second session of the African-Russian Partnership Forum in Cairo on Saturday. Minister Attaf attended the forum on behalf of the President of Algeria.
