Minister Saihi Reviews Performance of Subordinate Agencies

Algiers – Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, Abdelhak Saihi, chaired a working session on Sunday dedicated to monitoring the performance of agencies and institutions under the ministry’s supervision.

The session focused on the implementation of established programs, the roadmap for the sector, and methods for evaluating their effectiveness. A key component of the discussion involved assessing the performance of the various entities operating under the ministry’s authority.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Labor, the meeting provided an opportunity to examine the progress made in achieving the sector’s strategic objectives. Minister Saihi emphasized the importance of rigorous evaluation processes to ensure that programs are delivering the intended results and contributing to the overall development of the labor market and social security system.

“It is crucial to regularly assess the performance of our agencies to identify areas of strength and areas that require improvement,” said Minister Saihi during the session. “This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensure that we are effectively serving the needs of the Algerian people.”
