USM Alger Appoints Bilal Nouioua as New Chairman

Algiers, Algeria – USM Alger has announced the appointment of Bilal Nouioua as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. The decision, made by SARPOR, the port services group holding the majority stake in the club’s sports company, sees Nouioua succeed Aboubakr Oubaid.
