Algiers, Algeria – USM Alger has announced the appointment of Bilal Nouioua as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. The decision, made by SARPOR, the port services group holding the majority stake in the club’s sports company, sees Nouioua succeed Aboubakr Oubaid.
According to an official statement released by the club, SARPOR’s move aims to bolster governance and enhance management mechanisms within USM Alger. This aligns with the organization’s objectives at both the sporting and administrative levels, particularly during a period demanding greater stability and a clear vision for the club’s future.
