Algiers – The Algerian Ministry of National Education has officially announced the acceptance of electronic applications in lieu of traditional paper applications for the upcoming 2025 teacher recruitment examinations. This decision, formalized through official correspondence, marks a significant step towards modernizing and streamlining the application process.
The directive, communicated via official letter number 740/06-2025 from the Directorate-General for Human Resources and Training and the Directorate of Human Resources, was addressed to regional education directors. It outlines the procedures for organizing certificate-based recruitment competitions for teaching positions for the year 2025.
The decision is based on several key reference documents, including Circular No. 713 dated December 11, 2025, and Dispatch No. 744 dated December 25, 2025. These documents provide the regulatory and procedural framework for the recruitment competitions.
The Ministry emphasized that all candidates for the 2025 teacher recruitment competitions must be informed of the General Directorate of Public Service and Administrative Reform’s Dispatch No. 14754, dated December 16, 2025. This dispatch approves the exclusive electronic submission of application files via the digital platform of the National Office for Examinations and Competitions.
The move aims to simplify administrative procedures and modernize application mechanisms. Candidates are instructed to submit their applications through the designated online platform, accessible via concours.mrcade-harp. The electronic application officially replaces the traditional paper-based application.
The Ministry of National Education stressed the importance of strict adherence to the General Directorate of Public Service and Administrative Reform’s dispatch. Regional education directorates are instructed to accept only electronic applications and electronic information forms, without requiring the submission of paper applications.
The Ministry also called for strict adherence to all other procedures related to recruitment competitions, as outlined in Circular No. 713 dated December 11, 2025, emphasizing the importance of compliance with all regulations.
