Algiers, Algeria – More than 300,000 applicants for the AADL 3 (Agence Amélioration et Développement du Logement) housing program have successfully completed the first payment stage of the initial installment, according to an official statement released by the National Housing Improvement and Development Agency (AADL) this Wednesday.
The agency specified that, as of December 31, 2025, the number of applicants who finalized the first payment for their AADL 3 units via electronic payment exceeded a quarter of a million, reaching a total of 312,521 individuals. This milestone was achieved within ten days of the online payment platform’s launch on December 21st.
The initial installment for the AADL 3 housing program is set at DZD 343,000 for three-room apartments and DZD 431,500 for four-room apartments. The payment process is structured in two stages.
This development signifies substantial progress in the AADL 3 program, aimed at providing affordable housing solutions for Algerian citizens. The high number of completed payments indicates strong public interest and engagement with the initiative. The AADL agency continues to work towards meeting the housing needs of the population through efficient and accessible programs.
