President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has extended his warmest greetings to the Algerian people on the occasion of the New Year 2026. In a message delivered yesterday, the President expressed his hope that the new year would bring pride and prosperity to all Algerians, thanks to the dedication and sacrifices made across various sectors.
“In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, may God bless and grant peace to our leader and beloved, our Prophet Muhammad,” the President began his address. “Fellow citizens, as we welcome the New Year 2026, I extend to you my heartfelt congratulations, wishing everyone good health, well-being, and prosperity for our beloved nation.”
President Tebboune emphasized that the coming year, Insha’Allah (God willing), will be a source of pride and advancement for all Algerians, owing to the hard work and sacrifices made in different fields. He stated that these efforts will enable Algeria to reach the ranks of emerging nations securely.
The President also reiterated his greetings to all Algerians, both at home and abroad. “I renew my heartfelt congratulations to every Algerian, both within the country and abroad, for the New Year. We do not forget our people in occupied Palestine, wishing for an end to the Zionist crimes against them and a return to normal life in the West Bank, Gaza, and Jerusalem.”
In closing, President Tebboune affirmed, “May Algeria remain free, dignified, and lofty. Glory and eternal life to our righteous martyrs. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.”
