The Union, in an official statement, emphasized that this decision reflects a commitment to responsibility and public service. They reassured the public, particularly travelers, that transportation services will return in a phased and organized manner, prioritizing the overall welfare and the sustainability of public infrastructure.
The Union commended the high level of awareness demonstrated by transporters, taxi drivers, and freight carriers, praising their responsiveness to what it described as “wise calls” and their dedication to prioritizing the interests of the nation and its citizens above all else.
