The Minister of Interior, Local Authorities, and Transportation, Said Saayoud, alongside the General Director of National Security, Ali Badaoui, presided over the unified graduation ceremony for police officers this morning. The ceremony took place at the National Security Applied School ‘Abdelmadjid Bouzbida’ in Soumaa, Blida.
The event was attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Interior and the General Directorate of National Security, as well as families of the graduates. The graduating class was named in honor of the martyr of national duty, Police Commissioner Djaghoub Saleh, in recognition of the sacrifices made by security forces in protecting the nation.
In his address, the Minister emphasized the pivotal role of the National Security forces in maintaining stability. He stressed the importance of quality training and professional discipline, urging the graduates to embrace a spirit of responsibility and serve citizens with integrity and professionalism.
The General Director of National Security highlighted ongoing efforts to modernize the training and development system to align with the demands of modern security. He praised the contributions of the training staff in preparing qualified personnel, both scientifically and professionally, to enhance the readiness of the National Security forces and strengthen public safety across the country.
This graduation marks a significant step in reinforcing the ranks of the police force and ensuring the continued security and well-being of Algerian citizens. The newly graduated officers are expected to contribute significantly to maintaining law and order throughout the nation.
