Gaza: Israeli Raids Claim Lives, Including Children

Gaza City – At least 14 Palestinians, including five children, have been killed in a series of Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip on Thursday. The strikes, which targeted displacement camps, schools sheltering refugees, and various other areas, have also left dozens injured, according to medical sources in the region.

Reports indicate that an Israeli drone strike hit a tent housing displaced families in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis, resulting in the deaths of four Palestinians, including two siblings. Several others were wounded in the attack.

In Jabalia camp, northern Gaza, a young Palestinian man was killed and eight others, including children, were injured when an Israeli drone targeted a school sheltering displaced people.

Medical officials further reported injuries following an Israeli strike on the Khalifa school in Beit Lahia, also housing refugees. The attack, reportedly carried out by a quadcopter drone, injured at least three Palestinians.

DZWatch correspondents in Gaza City reported an Israeli strike near the Al-Mashtal Hotel, northwest of the city, and another airstrike in the western part of the city. Earlier in the day, a young girl was reportedly killed by Israeli fire in Jabalia camp, and a young man died after an Israeli drone dropped a bomb in the Sheikh Nasser area, east of Khan Yunis.

Later in the day, Israeli warplanes launched a series of intense airstrikes on areas northwest of Gaza City. Local sources reported that at least four strikes targeted the “Badr site,” which houses displacement camps. The attacks have raised concerns about the safety of civilians in the region. The situation remains tense, with ongoing reports of Israeli military activity.
