The Ministry of Justice has announced the launch of three separate recruitment drives aimed at strengthening its human resources and supporting various administrative and judicial structures across the country. The General Directorate of Human Resources is overseeing the initiative, which includes professional skills-based hiring for contract positions, certificate-based recruitment for shared and technical roles, and recruitment for court clerk positions.
These efforts reflect the sector’s commitment to attracting qualified individuals and ensuring the efficient operation of public services. The Ministry has outlined specific requirements and deadlines for submitting applications at both the central administration level and judicial bodies nationwide.
Contract Employee Recruitment Through Professional Skills Assessment
The Ministry of Justice, through its General Directorate of Human Resources, is organizing a recruitment drive for the central administration of the Ministry of Justice and judicial bodies, based on a professional skills assessment. According to a statement from the Ministry, the application file must include a written request to participate in the professional exam, including the address and telephone number, a copy of the national identity card, and a certified copy of the document proving the applicant’s status regarding national service.
Applicants must also provide a work certificate proving professional experience in a specialty related to the job being applied for (if applicable), and a medical certificate proving the applicant’s fitness to hold the intended position. The ministry also requires proof of residency, discharge from the army, birth certificate, and a family certificate. Applications must be submitted within twenty days of the first publication of this announcement.
Additional Requirements
The Ministry has specified additional requirements, including proof of residence within the jurisdiction of the central administration, an extract from the notice of deletion from the ranks of the People’s National Army, or termination of service in the ranks of the People’s National Army, or a copy of the document proving periods of re-summoning within the framework of mobilization, in addition to a birth certificate, a family certificate if applicable, and two passport-sized photographs with a white background.
For the position of first-level driver, the Ministry requires a copy of the “B” category driver’s license. Applications must be submitted or sent within a maximum of twenty days from the date of the first publication of this announcement to the headquarters of the relevant judicial councils involved in recruitment.
