Algiers, January 13, 2026 – The Ministry of Justice has announced a significant recruitment drive aimed at bolstering its central administration and judicial bodies across the country. The General Directorate of Human Resources is overseeing the initiative, which will fill various positions through professional aptitude tests.
The Ministry encourages interested candidates to meticulously prepare their application files. The required documents include a handwritten application letter (containing full address and phone number), a copy of the national identity card, a birth certificate, and a certified copy of proof of National Service status, or an exemption certificate from the People’s National Army.
Furthermore, applicants must include employment certificates demonstrating experience in the relevant specialization, and a medical certificate confirming physical fitness for the position. Candidates applying for driver positions must submit a copy of their driver’s license (Category B). A residency certificate, family certificate (if applicable), and two passport-sized photographs with a white background are also required.
The Ministry of Justice has specified the procedures and deadlines for submitting applications. For positions within the judicial councils, applications must be submitted to the headquarters of the relevant judicial council. For positions within the central administration, applications should be submitted to the Ministry headquarters located at 08 Place Bir Hakem, El Biar, Algiers.
The General Directorate of Human Resources has emphasized that the deadline for submitting applications is 20 days from the date of the initial publication of this announcement. Applicants are urged to adhere strictly to the specified deadlines to ensure their applications are considered. Late submissions will not be processed.
