Housing Minister Reassures AADL 3 Subscribers on Project Timelines

Algiers, January 15, 2026 – Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, offered assurances to subscribers of the AADL 3 (Location-Vente) housing program on Thursday. He affirmed that all applicants whose files meet the legal and regulatory requirements will benefit from housing within this scheme.

Responding to questions from members of the People’s National Assembly, Minister Belaribi explained that the review of applications is conducted according to precise and transparent criteria. This process ensures equal opportunities for all concerned parties. He emphasized the sector’s commitment to implementing the program within the established legal framework.

“All eligible subscribers will receive housing,” Belaribi stated, reiterating the government’s dedication to the AADL program as a key initiative to address the nation’s housing needs.

The Housing Minister further asserted that his department continues to work on the implementation of housing programs according to the set deadlines. This is being done to meet the aspirations of citizens and to enshrine their right to housing. He added that the ministry is actively monitoring the progress of construction projects across the country to ensure timely delivery.

While not providing specific dates, Belaribi conveyed confidence in the progress of the AADL 3 program. He underscored the government’s commitment to transparency and fairness in the allocation of housing units.
