Snowfall Expected in Highland Areas

A special weather bulletin indicates that snowfall is expected in areas above 1000 meters in altitude. Accumulations could reach up to 10 centimeters. The snow is predicted to begin around midday on Saturday and continue until approximately 6:00 AM on Sunday. The provinces affected by this snowfall warning include: Béchar, Tlemcen, Naâma, Sidi Bel Abbès, Saïda, and El Bayadh.

Heavy Rainfall and Thunderstorms Imminent

Separate advisories detail the likelihood of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms in other regions. Rainfall amounts could reach up to 30 millimeters in some areas. This particular warning is in effect from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday. The provinces under this rainfall advisory are: Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbès, Saïda, Mascara, Relizane, Mostaganem, Oran, and Aïn Témouchent.

A further weather bulletin focuses on additional rainfall and thunderstorm activity, with similar rainfall amounts expected. This advisory spans from 3:00 PM on Saturday until 3:00 AM on Sunday and covers the following provinces: Chlef, Aïn Defla, Tipaza, Algiers, Boumerdès, Blida, and Médéa.
