El Bayadh, Algeria – The Secretary General of the National Democratic Rally (RND), Monther Bouden, has directly addressed those promoting a pessimistic outlook for Algeria’s future, dismissing their claims as unfounded.
During a visit to the Zawiya of Al-Muwahidin in El Bayadh province on Friday, Bouden responded sharply to the purveyors of what he termed the “the future is bleak” narrative. He stated, “To those who propagate the idea that the future holds only hardship, we say: God willing, the future will be brighter. May your pessimism fall solely upon yourselves.”
Bouden’s remarks come amidst ongoing debates about the country’s economic and social prospects. While acknowledging the challenges Algeria faces, he emphasized the nation’s resilience and potential for progress.
Furthermore, the RND Secretary General called for a strengthening of national unity, urging Algerians to stand together against what he described as external forces seeking to sow division within the country. He accused unnamed actors of being “paid from abroad to divide Algerians from within.”
“We must remain vigilant and united in the face of these attempts to destabilize our nation,” Bouden asserted. “Our strength lies in our solidarity and our commitment to building a better future for all Algerians.”
The RND, a significant political force in Algeria, has consistently advocated for national unity and economic development. Bouden’s recent comments reflect the party’s ongoing efforts to counter negative narratives and promote a sense of optimism and national purpose.
