Algiers, January 19, 2026 – The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Baddari, conducted an inspection today of the National Polytechnic School in El Harrach. “This school embodies the modern university, empowering students to become independent, creative, and innovative contributors to the national economic cycle,” Baddari remarked.
