Belmahdi Presents Rodosi Quran Copies at Religious Diplomacy Forum

Algiers – Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Youcef Belmahdi, presented copies of the Rodosi Quran to scholars and religious figures participating in a symposium on religious diplomacy held Wednesday. The event focused on the role of religious diplomacy in the African Sahel region.

The presentation of the Rodosi Quran, a historically significant manuscript, underscores the Algerian government’s commitment to promoting Islamic scholarship and cultural heritage. The printing of these copies was undertaken with the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

The symposium, titled “Religious Diplomacy in the African Sahel,” brought together prominent religious leaders and academics from across the region to discuss strategies for fostering peace, understanding, and cooperation.
