The visit comes in the wake of heavy rainfall and flooding that affected several municipalities within the province.

Tragically, the severe weather also resulted in the death of a young girl in the municipality of Zeboudja. Minister Saayoud expressed his condolences to the family and pledged that the government would provide all necessary assistance during this difficult time.
