Torrential rainfall and thunderstorms are expected to impact the following regions: El Tarf, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Oum El Bouaghi, Tebessa, Khenchela, Skikda, Jijel, Relizane, Mostaganem, Mascara, Oran, Sidi Bel Abbes, and Tlemcen. Residents in these areas should be aware of the potential for flash flooding and hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility and water accumulation.
Furthermore, heavy snowfall is predicted, particularly in mountainous regions.
