Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received copies of the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of Spain to Algeria, Ramiro Fernández Bachiller, at the Ministry headquarters today. The reception marks the formal commencement of Bachiller’s diplomatic mission in Algiers.
