Algérie Télécom announced on Friday the launch of a range of electronic services for its customers, enabling them to complete several administrative and technical procedures remotely through its digital platform.
A statement from the institution explained that these services include the possibility of switching to fiber optics (FTTH), requesting subscriptions for fixed-line telephone and internet services, as well as electronic payment and recharging.
Customers will also benefit from additional services, including addressing issues with damaged recharge cards, creating customer spaces and managing accounts, as well as testing eligibility for the “XGS-PON” modem.
The services also include reporting technical concerns, conducting speed tests, and tracking various submitted requests, as part of efforts to simplify procedures and improve service quality.
