Minister of Health Mohamed Seddik Ait Messaoudene held bilateral talks on Tuesday at the ministry’s headquarters with his Tunisian counterpart, Mustapha Ferjani, which later expanded to include delegations from both countries.
In a welcoming speech, the Minister emphasized that this visit embodies the depth of the strong historical fraternal relations and the fruitful cooperation ties between the two brotherly countries. He noted that these relations are supported by the sincere political will of the leaders of both nations to elevate them to the highest levels, particularly in vital sectors with a humanitarian dimension, led by the health sector.
Messaoudene also expressed his full confidence that the outcomes of this visit will lead to practical and constructive results, strengthening the path of the Algerian-Tunisian health partnership. He added that it would open new horizons for more effective and sustainable cooperation, serving the common interests of the two brotherly peoples and enshrining the values of solidarity and integration that have long characterized bilateral relations between the two countries.
