On Tuesday, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a phone call from Giorgia Meloni, President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic.
During the call, they discussed bilateral cooperation between Algeria and Italy and the upcoming European-African summit.
They also discussed the fight against illegal migration and the upcoming visit of the Italian Prime Minister to Algeria after the holy month of Ramadan, which will serve as an opportunity to establish the Algerian-Italian Chamber of Commerce proposed by Giorgia Meloni.
