A meeting was organized to present the results of a study visit to Japan (December 8–12, 2025) regarding the Japanese system for training and managing public employees. This initiative is part of the cooperation between the National School of Administration and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), according to a statement from the Ministry of the Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport.
This meeting falls within the framework of the Ministry of the Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport’s support for international cooperation programs.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Japan to Algeria and representatives of JICA via videoconference, alongside officials from the National School of Administration and the Ministry of the Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport.
During the meeting, the outcomes of the training were presented, and public management mechanisms in Algeria and Japan were compared. The discussions emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and strengthening future cooperation prospects between the two parties.
