The National Meteorological Office announced in a special bulletin today, Tuesday, the occurrence of thunderstorms and strong winds across several provinces of the country.
In a first-level alert, the meteorological office stated that the rainfall would begin at 6:00 AM and continue until 9:00 AM tomorrow, Wednesday.
The alert concerns the provinces of Jijel, Skikda, Annaba, El Tarf, Constantine, and Guelma.
The office also warned of strong winds in the provinces of Algiers, Tipaza, Chlef, Mostaganem, Oran, Ain Temouchent, Tlemcen, M’Sila, Ouled Djellal, Djelfa, Tiaret, and Laghouat.
