General Abdourahamane Tiani, President of the Republic of Niger and Head of State, is conducting a fraternal and working visit to Algeria at the head of a high-level delegation on February 15 and 16, at the invitation of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
According to the Presidency of the Republic, this visit aims to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood, cooperation, and good neighborliness between the two brotherly countries, within the framework of a new dynamic for the optimal utilization of their capabilities and potential for the benefit of the Algerian and Nigerien peoples.
This visit will also represent an opportunity to address political issues related to the African continent in general and the Sahel-Saharan region in particular.
