The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, revealed on Thursday that more than 300,000 subscribers have paid the first part of the first installment as part of the procedures adopted within the “AADL 3” program.
In his response to questions from members of the People’s National Assembly, Belaribi confirmed that every subscriber who meets the eligibility conditions will automatically receive their housing, emphasizing the sector’s commitment to ensuring transparency and respecting the specified standards for benefiting from the program.
In the same context, the minister pointed out that the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) is working to implement the third program with “discipline and calm,” despite the campaigns that accompanied the subscription phase, especially those originating from social media pages outside the country.
He also reaffirmed that the AADL agency benefited from the experience gained in managing the “AADL 1” and “AADL 2” programs to improve the management of the “AADL 3” program. Belaribi added that this time, full digitalization was relied upon, including electronic payment, which allowed for avoiding the queues that characterized previous stages.
