An official meeting was held today between the CEO of the Port Services Group (SERPORT) and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of USM Alger, alongside the club’s Sporting Director. According to a club statement, the meeting was dedicated to a comprehensive evaluation of the team’s current sporting and organizational status, reviewing various files related to the club’s operations, and identifying priorities for the upcoming phase.
The meeting resulted in an agreement to establish a precise roadmap based on a studied strategy focusing on several key pillars. These include strengthening administrative and technical stability, improving management and follow-up mechanisms, and providing the best logistical and organizational conditions for the first team and all youth categories. The plan also involves field monitoring of the progress at the USM Alger training center to ensure the completion of works and equipment within the specified deadlines, in addition to setting interim goals consistent with the club’s general vision and the expectations of its supporters.
It was also emphasized that a periodic follow-up mechanism would be adopted to implement the meeting’s outcomes and ensure continuous coordination between the various governing bodies, allowing for the assessment of progress and the timely resolution of any obstacles.
In this context, the management of USM Alger confirmed that there are no disputes within the club and that all its components are working in complete harmony, demonstrating a spirit of responsibility and full commitment to the club, with a shared awareness of the current stage and its requirements. All parties renewed their commitment to continued hard and organized work within a unified vision, with the primary goal of serving the interests of USM Alger and achieving the desired sporting objectives befitting the club’s history and its fans.
