Members of the Ain Amguel sector unit of the Tamanrasset Civil Protection intervened last night at 9:00 PM following a traffic accident on National Road No. 01, located 70 km from the municipality of Ain Amguel towards the Arak region.
According to Civil Protection, the accident involved a semi-trailer truck swerving and overturning, followed by a fire that was successfully extinguished by the responding units.
The accident resulted in the injury of one male individual, who received first aid at the scene before being transported to the Ain Amguel clinic to receive the necessary medical treatment.
