On Saturday, in the province of Tissemsilt, the keys to the company “PAC Plastic” “Algeria Components” (formerly) were officially handed over to the portfolio of the Algerian Chemical Specialties Holding Company (ACS). This action is part of the process of recovering and valuing assets confiscated by public authorities and reintegrating them into the national economic fabric.
The transfer of assets was officially conducted from the State Property Directorate to the ACS Holding, represented by its CEO Samir Yahiaoui. On this occasion, he chaired an extraordinary general assembly to establish the headquarters of the new company under the name “GENERAL PLASTIC INJECTION” (GPI) in the same province. This move aims to ensure the relaunch of its activities under optimal conditions and protect the production capacities of the unit by initiating a new phase of management and development, while also preserving the jobs of workers contracted with the former “PAC” company.
This transfer represents a pivotal milestone in the rehabilitation of this industrial unit. By integrating it into the holding company, the goal is to operate production facilities, improve performance, and enhance industrial added value.
The Algerian Chemical Specialties Holding Company reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the directives of public authorities regarding the relaunch of recovered assets. This involves valuing confiscated property through a modern economic approach based on value creation, thereby supporting local development in Tissemsilt and contributing effectively to strengthening the industrial fabric and the national economy.
