Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, arrived this Sunday evening in the Tunisian capital. He was commissioned by the President of the Republic to participate in the ministerial meeting of the tripartite mechanism of Libya’s neighboring countries (Algeria–Tunisia–Egypt), scheduled for tomorrow, January 26, 2026.
This periodic meeting is part of the ongoing consultation between the three countries regarding developments in the Libyan crisis, as well as ways and prospects for supporting the political settlement process in this brotherly country under the auspices of the United Nations, based on full respect for Libya’s sovereignty, unity, territory, people, and institutions.
