Prime Minister Saifi Gharib chaired, on Tuesday, the first session of the National Investment Council, held under the provisions of Law No. 22-18 relating to investment, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic. This meeting was dedicated to evaluating the national investment promotion system to enhance its effectiveness.
On this occasion, the Council examined the implementation of the legislative provisions governing this system, as well as measures aimed at improving it, particularly by better addressing the expectations of investors.
The meeting was also marked by the official launch of the preparation of the National Investment Strategy in the field of investment attractiveness, promotion, and guidance over the medium and long term.
