Saidal Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Thursday with Sanofi’s vaccines division to develop and produce a range of vaccines for human use.
In a statement, Saidal Group described the move as “strategic,” noting that it “strengthens national capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry.”
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry, under the supervision of the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Wassim Kouidri. The agreement was signed by the General Manager of Saidal Group, Mourad Belkhelfa, and the Director of Sanofi’s vaccines division, Jean-Philippe Proust.
This agreement is part of efforts to support industrial partnerships and technology transfer, contributing to the enhancement of national health security and ensuring the availability of vaccines for citizens.
