The Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production has issued a significant directive to pharmaceutical companies regarding the national policy for export promotion . Directive for Pharmaceutical Companies, In the context of assessing the situation related to this policy, companies are required to submit their export estimation programs for the year 2024 by January 31, 2024.

The directive clarified that the submission of these estimative programs should be done through the dedicated portal on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production. These programs include the estimated export of goods, such as pharmaceutical products and medical supplies, along with services like research and development, clinical studies, expertise, marketing, software, transportation, and other programs.

It’s important to note that any exports taken into account will be considered in the procedure of determining the prices of locally manufactured drugs at the factory exit. This will be done in accordance with the defined integration rate set by the existing regulations.

Furthermore, the submission of these export estimation programs is mandatory. This includes pharmaceutical companies that do not currently have export projections for 2024. These companies must enter “None” in the indicated field of the expected export program form. The directive also states that updates can be made throughout the year 2024.
