The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) has issued an important announcement to all citizens interested in purchasing commercial premises completed under the lease-purchase program in the Algiers province, AADL Commercial Premises Sale Algiers .
AADL has offered, through bidding and sealed commitments, 137 commercial-use premises located in the 600-housing AADL Faizi Borj El Bahri neighborhood in the Algiers province.
The agency confirmed that citizens interested in participating in the bidding can consult the details of the announcement published on December 19 in the “El Massa” newspaper. AADL Commercial Premises Sale Algiers.
The statement clarified that any natural or legal person interested in participating in this bidding can go to the East Algiers Regional Directorate to withdraw the specifications book. The deadline for withdrawal is set at 15 days from the date of the first publication of this announcement at 12:00 PM.
Regarding the deadline for submitting offers, it has been set for the 15th day from the date of the first publication of this announcement, from 08:00 AM until 12:00 PM noon. Meanwhile, the opening of the envelopes will take place in a public session at the same aforementioned directorate, on the same day as the final date for submitting offers at 1:00 PM.
