The National Meteorological Office reported that heavy thunderstorms and strong winds will continue this Tuesday across several provinces of the country.
A warning from the same services cautioned against the continuation of locally significant thunderstorms until 09:00 on Tuesday morning in the provinces of Skikda, Annaba, and El Tarf.
According to another alert, the provinces of Ouargla and Ghardaia will experience continued significant thunderstorms until noon today, Tuesday.
Locally significant thunderstorms are expected to begin at 15:00 this afternoon and continue until midnight in the provinces of Naama, El Bayadh, and Bechar.
The provinces of Adrar and Bordj Badji Mokhtar will also see locally significant thunderstorms starting from 18:00 today, continuing until dawn on Wednesday.
In another alert, the same services predicted strong winds accompanied by sandstorms from noon today until 21:00 in the provinces of Illizi, Djanet, and Tamanrasset.
