Algeria Post has reminded customers of the importance of accurately filling out personal data in the KYC (Know Your Customer) form.
In a statement, Algeria Post explained that updating data by completing the KYC form contributes to enhancing account security, ensuring the protection of digital financial transactions, and preventing any attempts at fraud or identity theft.
It also emphasized that customer data is kept confidential and processed in accordance with the provisions of Law 18-07, as amended and supplemented, relating to the protection of personal data.
Algeria Post added in its reminder: “Do not disclose your personal information through suspicious calls or messages. Your digital security begins with your awareness… so always remain vigilant.”
