Algiers – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has received a formal message of condolence from French President Emmanuel Macron following the death of former President and veteran Mujahid, Liamine Zéroual.According to a statement from the Algerian Presidency, President Macron paid tribute to the late statesman’s legacy. In his message, the French leader noted that history will remember Zéroual as a “man of the State” who ensured the continuity of national institutions during a critical period in Algeria’s history.
